3. Signing a document
- Open the file menu and click on "Signing".
- Click on "Request signatures".
- Add signers, fill in the admin email and other settings as required. Then click "Send to signing".
- Each signer will receive an email with a signing invitation link in the order that they were added.
- Once all signers have finished signing, the signed document will be available next to the original document in your Nextcloud.
